Year 7 thoroughly enjoyed their first badminton coaching session. This was lead by a coach from Ulster Badminton. The children developed racket skills, coordination and agility. They were shown how to grip the racket properly and practised keeping the shuttle in the air. We are looking forward to our next session and further developing our skills.
