In the last week of term Year 1 had the opportunity to sample Beach School with Maggie Finlay from Beach Schools NI. The children had a brilliant time exploring the shore, looking for crabs, creating pictures from natural materials on the beach, identifying different types of shells and toasting marshmallows! A big thank you to Maggie for all the fantastic activities and to Antrim and Newtownabbey Council who funded the sessions.
