CYPSP - Children & Young People Strategic Partnership Survey - Northern Health and Social Care Trust
We have been asked by Education Welfare if we would share this survey with our parents (it only takes a few minutes and there are 6 questions). Their aim is to use the results to inform the action plans for Locality Planning Groups going forward; e.g. access to service provision etc. so it is important that these groups work from an informed base and it may influence service provision access to our local area. The closing date for this survey is Friday 11 September at 5pm.
