Behaviour Policy

Our pupils need more than a list of rules to help them live and learn together.  Our prosocial approach to discipline works around the development of pupils' characters and their ability to make good decisions.

At the centre of our policy is the promotion of six key value words.  These value words are:

Respect, Caring, Responsibility, Honesty, Forgiving and Helpful.

These word are actively taught, reinforced and rewarded.  In class reward systems/displays, the 'Pupil of the Month' awards as well as the 'Order of the Phoenix' house competition are used to reinforce these values.

We are very proud of our high standards of behaviour and our pupils' happiness.
