How can I help?

Encourage your child to become more independent by bringing in their own symbol card each morning and hanging up their own coat.
Do you have a skill (eg gardening) that you can share with the children?
Can you spare 5 mins to talk to the children about your job/ hobby?
Please speak to staff if you can help in any way.

What you need to know?

Nursery Fund

To enable us to provide snacks, treats and exciting visitors for your child please send fund money either  £4 per week or January to April term £56.00 in their named envelope (on the window outside your child's classroom). Please be sure to give this directly to your child's teacher or assistant. We appreciate your help in this matter.

Please do not send your child to Nursery if they are feeling unwell. Instead, keep them at home until they are recovered (48hrs from the last episode of any stomach upse) and send a note into Nursery to explain their absense. Staff are always happy to offer advice to parents on the telephone.

Please remember to...

  • Return all consent form and contact information forms as soon as possible.
  • Bring a complete change of clothes for your child and place it in the red bag on your child's peg. This red bag must remain in school. Please ensure you replace any items that have been used.
  • Bring in a box of tissues for the class.
  • Check your child's pigeon hole (outside the class door) for notes and special pictures for you to take home.

Children will stay for lunch from Mon 3rd October.
Mon / Tue / Wed - school dinners (£2.45 per day)
Thur / Fri - packed lunch
Staff will provide more detailed information later in the month- including suggestions for healthy packed lunch ideas. Please bring dinner money each Monday in a named envelope.

*If your child requires a special diet please ensure you have written to the kitchen staff*
